The "Le Ginestre" restaurant takes the simple Mediterranean and Sardinian cuisine to the top of the International gastronomy.

The cooking staff, guided by Chef Domenico Pinna, will be glad to unveil you the secrets of mediterranean cousine and add a touch of magic to every plate.

The restaurant Le Ginestre offers a wide variety of Mediterranean specialities, every day a brand new menu will add a delightful touch to your stay.

The morning breakfast will be open from 7.30 to 11.00 am. Full continental breakfast is available. You can choose to have it on our terrace overlooking the trees or in our hut with a seaview, but why don’t you let us surprise you with our room service!

Our cellar offers a wide varity of excellent wines, with an accent on sardinian’s most wanted to make for an unforgettable moment.

The restaurant will be open every day for dinner from 7.30 to 10.30pm and for lunch every day in July and August from 1.00 to 2.30pm

AMERICAN BAR

In our gazebo overlooking the pool the American bar offers a light lunch menu’ with a variety of salads and pasta dishes. It is the ideal option for a quick lunch or a snack in a comfortable setting just a few steps away from the water.

Every evening from June to September, the piano bar on the terrace will play unforgettable classics while you’ll be free to enjoy an aperitif or an after dinner cocktail.
